This plan provides a security suite, system monitoring, scripted software maintenance and remote access tools known as the Remote Care Suite. It also includes quarterly reporting and consulting. Silver - Help for your team
The Remote Service Desk defines this plan, providing your team with direct access to technical support for maintenance and troubleshooting. Customers buying this plan often provide onsite support to their users through an appointed IT liaison who works with E-N Computers remotely. Silver covers regular remote maintenance provided by EN Specialists as well as the Remote Care technology suite from our Bronze plan.
