E-N Computers believes that education leads to self-improvement. The skills and knowledge of its employees are critical to the success of the organization. In that spirit, E-N Computers encourages higher education and is willing to pay for courses which are directly related to an employee’s present job or which will help an employee prepare for more responsibilities or promotions within the organization. Annual education allowance is $4,000.
Time Off With Pay
Up to three weeks for tenured employees.
Quarterly Bonus
As the company makes a profit, employees are rewarded through our quarterly profit sharing program based on the individual’s contribution to overall company results.
On-Call Pay
Technical employees are expected to serve in an “on-call” rotation shared among all team members. Compensation is provided whether or not any on-call service was needed during that time period.

Tools for the Job
The company provides for communication equipment to employees such as computers and phone. Each quarter based on the technician’s quarterly bonus, a tool fund is set aside for the technician to purchase items they need to make their work environment better.

Employees may purchase products at a discount.
Expense Reimbursement
E-N Computers will reimburse pre-approved expenses incurred while on the job. Employees who use personal vehicles for approved company business may receive a generous mileage reimbursement.
