E-N Computers announces introduction of E-NCompass Managed Services

 

FISHERSVILLE, VA   December 10, 2009           E-N Computers, Inc. today introduced E-NCompass, a comprehensive outsourced IT Department offering for small and medium businesses and professional organizations.  Ian MacRae, President of E-N Computers stated “We are excited to offer E-NCompass to small businesses throughout Central Virginia.  E-NCompass represents the next generation of IT support services.”

E-NCompass service offerings have been designed to deliver the full capabilities of an in-house IT department, but at a fraction of the cost.  The E-NCompass service includes:

·     Technology Leadership and Planning: With an E-NCompass contract, customers receive a dedicated IT Coordinator who acts a virtual CTO (Chief Technology Officer).  The Information Technology (IT) Coordinator acts as both a technology and business expert.  The IT Coordinator is there to understand a customer’s business needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions, including developing a comprehensive IT plan when needed.  In addition, the IT Coordinator acts as a single point of accountability in managing activities & services for your company.

 

·     Simple and Predictable Service:  E-NCompass service plans are structured at a flat monthly fee depending on the size and complexity of a given customers’ environment.  With a flat rate, customers know exactly what the monthly budget will be for supporting their environment and can turn attention to more strategic and pressing concerns.

 

E-NCompass service plans are offered at three levels of service (Gold, Silver and Bronze) depending on a specific customer needs.
