E-NCase

E-NCase is a fully managed backup service from E-N Computers.  Along with the simple and automatic backup technologies that E-NCase employs, we also include our remote management tools and help desk support with every E-NCase solution.  This allows us to monitor and maintain your backup service and troubleshoot any issues that might occur.  With E-N Computers, you are never on your own.

Onsite data backup

Your first line of defense is data backup. Reliable data backups are needed in case some of your files or emails become lost or corrupted in some manner. The Onsite E-NCase Server delivers backups using the latest in disk-based technology to deliver a solution that is easier to use and configure, faster, and more reliable than traditional backups.

Integrated offsite data backup

Onsite backups only get you so far. What if your data is lost due to fire, vandalism or hackers?  This is the second layer in a solid data backup plan – offsite backups. With E-Case, your data can be transmitted via a secure & double encrypted connection to the E-NCase Offsite Vault where it is stored and waiting for you in the event the unthinkable happens.

Data recovery services

Finally, you must consider data recovery. The key to any good data backup solution is "can you easily access your data when you need to?" The Onsite E-NCase Server allows to you search for specific files just as you would any Windows environment and restore that file with only a few clicks. For offsite disaster recovery, E-NCase supports a number of options depending on your needs, ranging from new data disks hand delivered or sent by mail, to installation of a fully restored new server onsite*.
