Bronze - Know where you stand

Bronze is the ideal plan for the tech savvy manager who wants to retain responsibility for the majority of IT functions, but who may need occasional access to our team of experts for issue escalation, recommendations for best practices and quality service tools. This plan provides a security suite, system monitoring, scripted software maintenance and remote access tools known as the Remote Care Suite. It also includes quarterly reporting and consulting. Free travel and hourly labor discounts are included. Bronze service is a favorite for micro businesses.

Silver - Help for your team

The Remote Service Desk defines this plan, providing your team with direct access to technical support for maintenance and troubleshooting. This plan covers user account change management, which is vital to securing your network, while keeping your data accessible to your team. Customers buying this plan often provide onsite support to their users through an appointed IT liaison who works with E-N Computers remotely. Silver covers regular remote maintenance provided by EN Specialists as well as the Remote Care technology suite from our Bronze plan. Clients use quarterly management meetings to optimize system, security, service delivery and budgets. Free travel and project discounts. Gold - No more fooling around

Gold is comprehensive and easy and a favorite of our customers. Perfect for clients who want full support of their systems- remote and onsite. With Gold, customers report service levels to E-N. It's like having their own IT department. This plan is ideal for those leaders who want to focus on managing their business and not their computer technology. Gold includes all Silver and Bronze services with the added bonus of deeper discounts on projects. With Gold, the EN team is empowered to perform service both remotely and onsite.
