This plan provides a security suite, system monitoring, scripted software maintenance and remote access tools known as the Remote Care Suite. It also includes quarterly reporting and consulting. Silver - Help for your team

Customers buying this plan often provide onsite support to their users through an appointed IT liaison who works with E-N Computers remotely. Silver covers regular remote maintenance provided by EN Specialists as well as the Remote Care technology suite from our Bronze plan. Gold includes all Silver and Bronze services with the added bonus of deeper discounts on projects. With Gold, the EN team is empowered to perform service both remotely and onsite.
