E-N Computers is growing again. We are ten year old Technology Support Company based in Fishersville, Virginia. Our primary service area is the Shenandoah Valley (Staunton, Waynesboro, Harrisonburg, Charlottesville), but we often have work throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C. We provide small to medium businesses, having 4-100 computers and a server, with comprehensive technology support and services. Onsite support consists of service contracts, on call, and large project implementation.

We have the following two openings:

Advanced IT Technician:  You will be an advanced level technician dedicated to servicing valued small and medium business clients. You will provide technical services, both personally and with your team, as well as be a lead engineer for a few specific, highly complex, clients.  You will communicate with sales and operations to implement projects large and small. You will work with operations and sales to develop new and existing service lines and recommend/train on new products. You will work with sales regarding system design and offer recommendations of best technical solutions and assist with finalizing quotes for major projects. Your advanced skills may be called upon to help develop the technical abilities of and train other technicians. You will maintain your technical leadership through ongoing education, stay abreast of emerging technologies, and stay active in the larger technical community.  MS Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory, IIS, Cisco, Backup Exec, server hardware/software builds, and domains/routing experience are preferred.  Medical or dental technologies experience a plus but not required.  Experience in a small business environment, ability to handle multiple issues at once, excellent communication skills and wide range of experience is a requirement.

Entry Level IT Technician:  You will work under the Team Leader to provide day to day support and services to our valued clients.  Your responsibilities include support and administration of networks, computers, printers and other devices.  You will support end users and diagnose/repair hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, servers. You will assist with implementation services for major projects as designated by your team leader.  A minimum of one or more years IT experience is required.  Experience with Microsoft products and a wide range of computer hardware and software is preferred. You must be able to work independently, have excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.

We provide you vendor training and up to $800 per year towards training and certification expenses. We offer health insurance reimbursement benefit and one week paid personal time off at the end of 120 days credited service. You are required to provide basic hand tools for your use as described by company policy. Compensation will be a salary and performance based bonuses.
