Jenn joined the E-N Computers team in January 2019 and currently serves as our Operations Manager and Project Coordinator. In this role, she is in charge of all scheduling and communication around our clients’ IT projects and implementation. While this is her first position specifically in the IT world, she brings with her more than 20 years of experience in management and operations.

As district operations trainer for a major retail chain, Jenn oversaw 10 store openings, 1 relocation, and 3 remodels. Most recently, she helped her husband to manage the family tire shop in Staunton. These experiences have given her a keen understanding of both big business operations and the unique challenges faced by small businesses.

“I love new challenges and getting to know all different types of people,” Jenn says. “Our clients always amaze me with the work they do in their different fields. Every day you learn something new.”

Jenn holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from James Madison University and an MBA with a concentration in HR from Liberty University. A native of Lynchburg, she now lives in Staunton, VA with her husband, three dogs, and two chickens. When she’s not making sure that our clients’ projects are completed on time, you’ll find her teaching fitness classes at the Staunton YMCA and Augusta Health Lifetime Fitness.
