We provide comprehensive computer and network technology support for businesses with 10 - 150 seats. We offer offsite and on site support services. Under direct supervision, the qualified candidate performs customer service representative duties, such as, creating Service Requests using industry standard software, providing first-level technical information systems support, and resolving moderately complex technical problems. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Focal point for creating Service Requests received by various means (telephone/e-mail)
  • Evaluating user requests for repair of hardware/software/VOIP systems

Minimum Job Requirements

Preferred competitive candidates will have an associate's degree or comparable experience in a related field. The minimum education requirement may be substituted for Network + Certification experience.
