Help Desk Technician
Cody Fitzgerald started at EN Computers in 2014 as an intern, and he's just been promoted to a Tier 2 position.
Cody began by checking backups and soon moved up to a Tier 1 Technician position. Cody, as a Help Desk Technician, is the 1st person a customer will talk to when a user is having issues. He prides himself on getting the issues resolved as quickly possible.
While working at the Help Desk, Cody is aware of all the potential cyber threats that users experience. Many of his calls come from users who are trying to determine if an email is some sort of spyware. Cody believes that this is a major threat to small businesses so he is close to a Degree in CyberSecurity.
