What’s not included
Help desk support
We document who you are and how to help and offer a guaranteed response time. But you’ll be billed hourly for the assistance. Billable rates range from $125 to $225 per hour.
Onsite visits
Our managed IT services clients receive proactive onsite services, where we check hardware, network equipment, user rights and documentation.
Change management
We schedule time with our managed IT services clients to install, move, change, or remove hardware or systems without disruption.
Strategic planning
Managed services clients get quarterly reviews and a technology roadmap and budget that supports your goals.
