Jonathan joined the E-N Computers team in August 2026 as Business Operations Manager. In his role, he streamlines processes and operations for both E-N customers and the Accounts and Procurement team, helping improve workflows, eliminate roadblocks, and create a better experience for customers and colleagues. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and IT Management from ECPI University. He is especially proud of developing team best practices, end-to-end playbooks, and standard operating procedures that have helped organizations operate more effectively.

With more than 20 years of experience across telecommunications, automotive, finance, insurance, higher education, consulting, and the nonprofit sector, Jonathan has built a career around improving business operations and leveraging technology to solve problems.

Originally from Virginia Beach, Jonathan now lives in Harrisonburg, Virginia, with his wife, their two sons, and their dog, Ramen. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, kayaking, fishing, biking, gaming, and spending time with his family.
