As dispatcher, Joy quickly routes support tickets to the appropriate technician or team.

“I love my job as dispatcher and the team that I work with, ” Joy said. “I enjoy getting tickets assigned and to the right person to meet the customers needs in a timely fashion.”

Joy joined E-N Computers in 2021. She hails from a little town in Augusta County with no stop lights. She is a small town girl that lives a simple life. Joy is married with six children and seven grandchildren. When she is not at work, she is involved in her church and in spending time with family.
