Regina joined E-N Computers in April 2018 as a Level 2 technician, then eventually became our Service Desk Team Lead, and now serves as our Service Manager. She brings with her nearly 20 years of experience in IT, as well as a passion for customer service, problem solving, and team growth. Regina holds several certifications including MCSA, Network+ and A+. Prior to IT, she had experience in the retail and banking industries.

“My goal is to make sure all clients issues are resolved as quickly and accurately as possible,” Regina says. “I am very passionate about all aspects of my position. I enjoy working alongside our service team and watching them grow.”

A native of North Carolina, Regina currently resides in Waynesboro, VA. She has three adult children (two daughters and a son) and is active in her church. When not managing and mentoring our engineers and technicians, you’ll find her cooking, walking, hiking, and doing home renovation projects.
