Get the support you need on nights, weekends, and holidays, at no extra charge. After-hours support goes beyond emergencies to address disruptions that impact your operations.
Regular onsite days
Onsite days are dedicated time for network administration and scheduled changes. Most customers benefit from one day per month, but we’ll recommend more or less based on your size and complexity.
Basic backup and disaster recovery
Daily onsite and offsite backups of your data, retained for 30 days. Tested by partial restore.
Vendor management
We work directly with vendors on IT tasks. No more getting caught in the middle and no more finger pointing when problems crop up.
Remote monitoring and management
Our monitoring tools alert us to potential problems and critical issues on your systems and take care of Windows updates automatically.
Quarterly strategy sessions
