Will joined E-N Computers in June 2022 as a Tier 2 Technician, bringing strong problem solving skills and a commitment to thorough documentation.

Currently pursuing an engineering degree, Will applies analytical thinking to IT challenges. He’s passionate about automation and streamlining processes, always looking for ways to make systems more efficient. Will takes pride in seeing issues through to completion and creating documentation that stays relevant and useful over time.

His engineering background informs his approach to technical support: understanding not just how to fix problems, but why they occur and how to prevent them. This combination of troubleshooting expertise and systematic thinking makes him effective at resolving complex technical issues.

Outside of work and studies, Will enjoys video games, tennis, and exploring good food. His curiosity and drive for continuous improvement extend beyond the office, reflecting his commitment to learning and growth both personally and professionally.
