Amy joined E-N Computers in May 2020 to help with dispatch and procurement, then moved into account management. Six years in, her role has grown: she now quotes Microsoft licensing, computer devices, and Meraki license renewals, and works with clients to build project charters — the high-level scope of what a project involves and what to expect from E-N Computers. Once a client approves the charter, Technical Account Manager Kevin Griffith takes it to formal quoting, and Amy has handed off invoicing to the accounting team, freeing up more time to work directly with clients.

Before IT, Amy spent 25 years in bookkeeping and office management and 15 years in tax preparation, along with time in healthcare. She holds a BA in business administration with a concentration in management from Mary Baldwin College, and two master’s degrees from the University of Phoenix: an MBA and a Master’s in Information Systems.

“We are more than just a team,” Amy says. “We are family.”

An Army brat growing up, Amy moved to North Carolina to be closer to family and help care for her aging mother. She lives there with her three dogs, Juni, Charlie, and Arya, and seven cats, and works remotely for E-N Computers. When she’s not helping clients with their IT strategy, she enjoys quilting, scrapbooking, cardmaking, and cooking.
